CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please kindly notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment time.Late cancellation will result 50% charge of your original booking or 50% of your gift voucher.
No shows will be charged at full. If you cannot make your appointment you can always email or text out of hours to cancel. You do not have to wait until salon is open. This gives other clients a chance to book in your slot.

LATENESS
Regretfully, late arrival to your scheduled appointment may result in reduced treatment time, at full treatment price. For your own comfort, it is suggested that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment unless stated otherwise.
CONSULTATION CARDS
A client consultation card is required to be completed by new clients before any treatment can commence and it is a health and safety requirement.
Returning clients please inform your therapist every visit if you are undergoing any new medical treatment, taking new medication, any known allergies, suffering a herpetic breakout [cold sore], undertaken any aesthetic treatments or permanent make-up in the last 14 days, facial waxing in the last 7 days, are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. It may be advised not to proceed with a treatment for your own welfare. Your personal information will remain in a client confidentiality agreement.

MINORS POLICY
Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a consent form signed each time a minor receives a treatment.
DATA PROTECTION
All information on client record cards is held with the strictest confidence.
Record card information will never be passed on, however, we may use this information to contact clients with promotions from time to time (the consent form must be first obtained from the client, you will never receive any promotional material if you did not allow us to)
CHILD SAFETY POLICY
We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon. Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
